工业纯铝在小变形度范围内的再结晶 被引量:2

摘要 对工业纯铝在室温和0.4%~8%小变形度范围内,退火温度与再结晶后晶粒的关系进行了研究.试验结果表明,在相同小变形度条件下,随着退火温度升高,再结晶后晶粒尺寸倾向于减小,并且随退火温度升高,临界变形度减小.观察变形度为3%,遇火温度为560℃和600℃的再结晶过程,并测定其平均形核率(N)和长大速度(G)的结果显示,N/G值随着退火温度升高而增加.按d=C〔G/N〕^(1/4)公式可理解为在小变形度范围内,随着退火温度升高,因〔N/G〕值的增加而导致再结晶后晶粒尺寸的减小.通过激活能计算表明,工业纯铝在小变形的范围内,再结晶形核率的激活能大于长大速度的激活能. This paper have studied the relationship between annealing temperature and grain size after recrystallization of the commercial purity aluminium (CPA) which was deformed within the range of 0.4% to 8% small deformation at room temperature.The results show that after recrystallization the grain sizes decrease with annealing temperature increasing under the condition of the same deformation degree,and the crytical deformation degree is decreasing with the annealing temperature increasing.During experiment,the recrystallization course of the CPA with 3% deformation at 560℃ and 600℃ annealing temperature was observed their mean nucleating rate (N) and growing speed (G) were measured.It is obvious that the ratio of (N/G) is increased with annealing temperature increasing.Association with d=c(G/N)^(1/4),it is not difficult for us to understand that with annealing temperature increasing,the grain size (d) after recrystal-lization will decreases because of the ratio of (N/G) increasing.Through activation energy calculation,it is showed that the activation energy of nucleating rate of the CPA within small deformation is higher than that of growing speed.
