新生儿HIE高压氧治疗前后SOD、MDA的检测 被引量:1

摘要 高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)仍处于探索阶段。我们对55例新生儿HIE患者,分别于出生后48小时内与出生后第五天.在高压氧治疗前后分别测定SOD、MDA。发现窒息时间较长者.在出生后48小时内行高压氧治疗有氧自由基再灌注损伤的可能.宜在出生后第五天进行高压氧治疗.而窒息时间较短者,可尽早进行高压氧治疗。
