摘要
在除焊药腐蚀过程中 1Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢导管易出现过腐蚀现象。过腐蚀区晶界开裂或掉晶缺口会导致应力集中 ,引起导管产生疲劳断裂。
Severe corrosion to stainless steel pipes of 1Cr18Ni9Ti often occurs during pre-treatment.Grain boundary separation in severe corrosion area will result in stress concentration,thus causing pipe fatigue fracture. Application of H.F.welding,instead of high temperature brazing and strict inspection of the pre-treatment processing are effective measures to eliminate the severe surface corrosion.
