摘要
计算结果表明,在激光表面处理中,对于石墨+珠光体系统,珠光体的吸热量是石墨的4.17~6.19倍;对于石墨+铁素体系统,铁素体的吸热量是石墨的3.88~5.75倍.因此关于石墨相在激光表面加热条件下具有"热库"作用的观点是不成立的.
The calculation results show that under the condition of laser surface treat- ment of graphite-pearlite system,the endoenergic value of the pearlite is 4.17~6.19 times than that of the graphite,and for graphite-ferrite system,the endoenergic value of the ferrite is 3.88~5.75 times than that of the graphite.So that the graphite phase has not a function of 'thermal sink' during laser heating.
