摘要
用端淬法研究了微量钙对45、42MnCr、45MnCrCuNiMo、60CrMnCuV、60CrMnSiCuV等中碳结构钢淬透性的影响.结果表明,微量钙对不同中碳结构钢淬透性的影响有所不同.微量钙对45钢的淬透性有微弱的降低作用,对42MnCr及60CrMnCuV钢有微弱的提高作用,对45MnCrCuNiMo及60CrMnSiCuV钢则有明显的提高作用.本文对微量钙的这种不同作用的原因进行了讨论.
An influence of Ca on the hardenability of medium carbon steels,such as 45,42MnCr,45MnCrCuNiMo,60CrMnCuV and 60CrMnSiCuV steels,has been investigated by means of end-quenched.The results show that an addition of 0.005wt% Ca to the experimental steels has a different effect on the hardenability of steel with different compositions.The hardenability of steel 45 may be decreased lightly by Ca addition.Ca may improve lightly the hardenability of steel 42MnCr and 60CrCuV. Ca,however,can make a distinct influence on the hardenability of steel 45MnCrCuNiMo and 60CrMnSiCuV.The reasons to affect the hardenability of steels are discussed.
