摘要
使用塑性有限元分析软件Deform对1020转向节成形过程进行了模拟分析,找出了其在生产过程中出现折迭等问题的原因。通过Deform强大的处理程序对模拟结果进行分析,为解决问题提供了理论依据。
Some problems occurring in the forming process of 1020 knuckle and their solutions have been found through the simulation by Deform,a software that is able to perform plastic finite element analysis.With the help of process of Deform,the result has been studied carefully after simulation finished to be as a solid theoretical basis to find proper solutions.
