摘要
在介绍无缝钢管三辊联合穿轧原理和特点的基础上,提出了一种套筒类零件生产的新工艺,通过建立套筒类零件专用生产线,使生产集约化,提高效率,降低金属消耗和生产成本。
On the basis of the three rollers combined piercing and rolling processing, new technique of thick wall tube of sleeve-like component part has been presented. By using this working system, consumption of metal and cost of production will be lower with higher level of machinery manufacture technology.
