摘要
在分析小曲率轿车覆盖件成形特点的基础上,指出采用阶梯拉深是提高材料塑性变形、减少回弹的有效措施,并以一个典型零件———前盖外板为例,设计了其拉深工艺补充面,并给出了有限元模拟结果以验证有效性。
Based on the analysis of the forming character of small curvature car cover panel, the ladder drawing has been put forward to increase plastic deforming and eliminate spring_back error. A part of car's front cover outer has been used to show the drawing die design with FEM simulation result to prove the efficiency of the above method.
