摘要
根据大容器沸腾换热理论和工件淬火连续冷却过程的实际情况,对 Leidenfrost 过渡的理想模型提出了修正的数学模型;将淬火过程中相变产生的条件和相变潜热引入内热源中,建立含相变的热传导方程。在以上控制方程组的基础上,讨论了对应的泛函,然后用有限元对算倒进行了计算。比较计算与测试结果,证实了本文提出的边界换热数学模型和所建立的含相变热传导方程的正确性。
Based on the theory of pool boiling hoar transfer and the practical situation of pool continuous cooling in quenching procedure,a corrected mathematical mode of Leidenfrost's transitional ideal model is put forward.The phase transformation latent heat would be introduced into internal thermal resoure,then,the heat conductive equation including phasse transformation is established.On the base of the governing equation above,the correspondent functional is discussed.Finally,the example is calculated by means of finite element method.By comparing the results of calculation and measurement,the correctness of the mathematical model of heat transfer boundary condition and the heat conductive equation including phase transformation advanced by this paper is verified.
