摘要
采用透射电镜对时效过程中17-4PH 钢发生的组织转变进行分析研究,并在此基础上对两种时效处理后钢中的组织结构与力学性能的关系作出了理论上的解释,并肯定了一步时效代替二步时效是可行的。
The outstanding mechanical and technical properties of 17-4PH steel are achieved by solution treatment and aging.According to reference the recommended treatment is so-called two-step aging which consists of solution treatment,conditioning and aging.Although two-step treatment can obtain various expected properies.treatment is relatively complicate because of its intermediate conditioning.In this paper,a simple treatment one-step aging was used to rep- lace the two-step one.The phase transformation in aging(two-step and one-step) was analysed by transmission electron microscopy.On the basis of experimental results,the relationship between structures and mechanical properties was discussed.
