摘要
利用系列氢含量试样的慢拉伸试验,探讨了34CrNi3Mo 钢氢致脆化的平均临界氢含量,为定量化氢脆研究提出了可行的方法。试验得到34CrNi3Mo 钢氢脆的平均临界氢含量为0.93ppm。
The critical hydrogen content of hydrogen-induced embrittle- ment(HIE)for 34CrNi3Mo steel was studied by means of slow tensile test of specimen with various hydrogen content.This experiment provided for the feasibility for studying hydrogen induced embrittlement quantitatively.The results showed that the critical mean hydrogen content of 34CrNi3Mo steel for HIE during slow tensile test was 0.93 ppm.
