摘要
轴承钢对回火十分敏感。离子注入强化轴承表面的效果取决于注入掺杂强化和注入回火的竞争。运用电子能谱、RBS、XRD、显微硬度、粗糙度、摩擦系数、接触疲劳寿命的weibull 分布等研究了大剂量 N^+注入轴承表面的掺杂强化及注入回火和 Mo 对注入回火的抑制作用。结果表明:M_o^+N+重叠注入是强化轴承表面的有效方法。
Bearing steels are very sensitive to tempering.The actual strengthening effect of bearing surface by,ions-implantation is depended on the co-mpetition between adulterated strengthening and implantation tempering.Inthis paper,The adulterated strengthening and implantation tempering of sur-face of carburizing steel bearing owing to N^+ implantation with large doseand the restrain effects of Mo upon the implantation tempering have been in-vestigated by means of electron spectroscopy,RBS,XRD,microhardness,rou-ghness,friction coefficicat and Weibull distribution of contact fatigue.Resu-lts show that the overlap-implantation with Mo^+_+N^+is an effec tivetechniquefor strengthening surface of bearing.
