稀土低温高碳势渗碳对20CrMnMo钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 将稀土的催渗和微合金化、低温渗碳和高碳势渗碳三者相结合的新工艺处理20CrMnMo钢,结果表明:与常规渗碳相比温度降低了50~70℃,在同一低的渗碳温度下渗碳速度提高了30%;过共析区碳化物呈细小颗粒状弥散分布,马氏体呈隐晶或细片状;耐磨性提高30%以上,弯曲疲劳极限提高30%~47%,齿轮台架试验寿命提高26%~80%;节电率20%~30%;齿轮变形减少1/2~1/3。 Steel 20CrMnMo has been treated by a new developed carburiza-tion technology which combines the low temperature,high carbon potentialand the catalyzing and micro-alloying of rare earth element.Experimental re-sults indicate that the characterastics of new carburization process are thecarburizing temperature being lowered 50~70℃ than conventional process,andthe carburized rate at same low temperature being increased more than about30%.The fine dispersing particles of carbide are distributed in the hyper-eutectoid range of carburized case and those range the austenite will trans-form to cryptocrystalline martensite or small plate martensite.The propertiesare increased as follows:30% for wear resistance,30%~47% for bending fati-gue limit,26%~28% for contact fatigue of gear.In addition,the electricalpower is saved 20%~30%,and distortion of gear is decreased 1/3~1/2.
