摘要
介绍了熔盐中歧化反应渗铬的工艺过程及渗铬层的性能。渗铬后的试样进行 X 射线衍射及电子探针分析,并在 NaCl 3%和 H_2SO_4 3%溶液中测定了阳极极化曲线。结果表明,SUS304钢(相当于0Cr18Ni9钢)经900℃×3h 处理后,可获得20~25μm厚的高铬合金渗层。渗层具有较高硬度,良好的耐磨性和耐蚀性。SUS304钢表面渗铬后,耐点蚀性能有较大幅度提高。
The Chromizing processes using disproportionate reaction in moltensalts and the properties of the chromizing layer have been studied.The chromizing layers of the specimens were analyzed with optical microscopy,X-ray diffr-action,scanning electron microscopy,and electron probe microanalysis.Also,theanodic polarization behaviors of the layers were determined in NaC1 3% andH_2SO_4 3% solutions respectively.The results show that after held for 3hin molten salts at 900℃,chromizing layers with thickness of 20~25μm wereformed on the surfaces of the specimens made of SUS304 stainless steel.Thechromizing layers obtained have higher microhardness,better wear resistance,and better corrosion resistance as compared with the original surfaces.Afterchro mized,the pitting resistance of SUS304 stainless steel has been greatlyimproved.
