摘要
1 前言双层辉光离子渗钨钼手用钢锯条,为我研究所1978年研制成功,现已形成一定生产能力。在试验室试验中,渗金属炉体积小,渗后冷却速度快,渗层析出物细小,切削性能及韧性皆可达到技术要求。但在工业生产中,炉子容量大,渗后冷却速度慢,渗层中析出大块状、针状或网状析出物,造成崩齿过早失效。本文针对此问题,研究析出物形成条件,并测定其 TTT 曲线,为双辉渗锯条工艺参数制定,冷却速度的控制,渗金属炉结构设计提供依据。2 试验材料及方法试样为20钢,尺寸为φ15mm×5mm。源极材料为 W20Mo80粉末冶金合金。
The hand saw,double glow discharged with W-Mo,has been putinto production.After metallizing,some intermetaltic compound(lumpy andhetty)precipitated in layers for slow cooling rate,making crumbliness ofsaw-teeth and produced deterioration of cutting ability.For solving these defi-ciency problems,the precipitation forming condition and ir's TTT curves,andthe work basis for chosing process parameters and the design of double glowdischarge surface alloying furnace were also studied.
