摘要
针对预冷提高淬硬层深度问题,本文对淬冷过程温度场进行了计算机模拟。计算结果表明,预冷使工件内平均冷速分布曲线趋于平缓,表层冷速有所降低,次表层冷速有所提高。计算和实验结果均表明,预冷提高淬硬层深度的效应与钢的淬透性和工件尺寸有密切的关系。
In this paper,the reason why delay quenching can enhance the har-
dened depth has been investigeted by simulating the temperature fields during
quenching.The results show that the distribution of average cooling rates chan-
ged by delay quenching.The average cooling rate of surface is reduced and that
of subsurface is increased.The effect of delay quenching to enhance hardened
depth is closely connected with the hardenability of steel and the size of work-
pieces.
