摘要
用穆斯堡尔谱学研究了微量元素钛在16Ma 钢中的固溶问题,同时进行了饱和磁化强度测量及金相观察。实验结果表明,随着固溶热处理温度升高,16Mn 钢中的残余奥氏体含量降低,1250℃×30min 处理的试样饱和磁化强度有最大值。说明钛固溶时,钢的组织结构发生了一定的变化。
The solubility of micro_addition Ti in 16Mn steel has been invest-
igated by M(?)ssbauer spectroscopy.At the same time,the saturated magnetiza-
tion measurement and metallographic observation were also carried out.The
experimental results show that the content of retained austenite in 16Mn steel
decreases with the increase of solid solution treating temperature.The saturated
magnetization of specimen treated at 1250℃ for 30 minutes has the maximum
value.This implies that the solution of Ti in the steel can induce some little
changes of microstructure.
