摘要
研究了热处理工艺对含 Nb 镍基高温合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经1080℃固溶热处理8 h,750℃时效处理16 h,可以获得良好的沉淀强化组织。γ′相呈球形均匀分布,尺寸和数量适当。M_(23)C_6沿晶界呈链状分布。因而使室温强度、塑性和韧性得到良好配合,高温持久断裂时间延长。
The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of
a Ni base superalloy containing Nb has been investigated.The results show
that good precipitation-hardened microstructure in alloy can be produced after
solid solution heat treated at 1080℃ for 8h and aging at 750℃ for 16h.The
shape of γ'-phase is round,its distribution is uniform,grain size and quan-
tity is moderate.M_(23)C_6 is distributed as continuous chain structure along the
grain boundary.Thus the combination of strength,ductility and toughness of
the alloy at room temperature is good,and endurance limit time of the alloy at
high temperature is the longest.
