摘要
快速凝固Au-17.9at.-%Si薄带在大气中放置3年后,变得扭曲不平,性能变脆,共晶熔点消失,加热至131K才开始熔化,经分析,是由于共晶组织中的Si氧化成SiO_2。
The rapidly quenched Au-17.9at. -%Si ribbon has become twisted, brittle,
disappeared from eutectic point and started to melt up to 1341 K after prolonged
crystallization for 3 years under atmospheric environment. This seems to be due to the
oxidation of Si in the eutectic of Au-Si into SiO_2.
