摘要
研究了凝固速度对Fe—C共晶合金的固/液界面形貌、组织及拉伸性能的影响,提出石墨片混乱度参数,并给出了混乱度。
The effect of solidification rate on the solid/liquid interface morphology,
microstructure and longitudinal tensile properties of unidirectionally solidified Fe-C eutectic
alloy was investigated. With the help of computer image analysis system, the irregular degree
of graphite flakes was defined, which can be used to represent the graphite flake distribution
state. Plots of variation of the solidification rates vs irregular degree and tensile properties are
presented.
