摘要
合成了香料肉桂酸正戊酯,考察了反应原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对酯化产率的影响。在反应温度160℃,酸醇摩尔比为1:1.50,催化剂用量为3.30g/mol酸的最佳反应条件下,内桂酸正戊酯的产率达98.2%。并对产物进行了结构分析。
The n-amyl cinnamate was synthesized by the esterification of cinnamic acid and n-amyl alcohol in presence of H-OC catalyst. The results showed that the optimum conditions were reaction temperature 160℃, molar ratio of n-amyl alcohol/cinnamic acid 1:1.5, the amount of catalyst 3.30g/tool. acid, the yield of n-amyl cinnamate could be up to 98%, and the structure of the product was analysed.
