摘要
研究了以阳离子改性的丝光沸石为催化剂,以氨和甲醇为原料,在常压固定床上二甲胺选择性合成反应。发现钙、镁、镧离子交换的丝光沸石,在表现出较高活性的同时,还对二甲胺具有55%左右的高选择性。还考察了反应条件对反应结果的影响。认为沸石的择形效应是提高二甲胺选择性的主要原因。
The select(?)ve synthesis of dimethylamine from ammonia and methylalcohol using the cation modified mordenite as catalysts on atmospheric pressure fixed bed have been studied.It has been found that the Ca,Mg,La ion exchanged mordenites have both high activity and high selectivity toward dimethylamine with the yield of around 55%.The influ- ence of reaction condition on reaction result was also investigated.The shape selectivity of the mordenite is considered to be the cause of its high dimethylamine selectivity.
