摘要
通过对鞍钢 1 # 、3 # 连续热镀锌线生产过程的对比以及单因素、多因素控制对比试验 ,深层分析了带钢表面露铁的原因及防止措施 ,并对设计、新建类似退火炉提出了若干技术建议。
Reasons of iron appearance on surface of strip steel and preventive measures are deeply analyzed through comparing production processes of No.1 and No.3 continuous hot galvanizing line in Angang and single factor and multiple factors controlling experiments. Several technical suggestions on designing and constructing same annealing furnace are put forward.
