摘要
18 0 t铁水罐作为鞍钢新 1号高炉铁水运输的工具 ,在投入使用后不久陆续出现内衬裂纹 ,甚至罐体烧穿现象 ,平均使用寿命偏低 ,与预期运行寿命有很大差距。针对 1 80 t铁水罐在使用过程中出现的各种问题进行了分析探讨 ,旨在通过切实可行的措施提高其运行寿命 ,降低工人劳动强度和生产成本 ,确保新 1号高炉生产顺利。
As a tool for transporting hot metal in Angang's new No.1 BF, 180t hot metal ladle's average service life is quite shorter than the desired running life. Liner cracks emerge in succession and ladle body is even burned through soon after it is put into operation. This paper discusses all problems appearing during operating the ladle, aiming at increasing its running life, reducing labor intensity and production cost and insuring the new No.1 BF smoothly running by feasible measures.
