介绍了JST501的合成方法,优选出了产品的适宜基团配比及分子量范围。室内评价表明:JST501是一种良好的钻井液用降滤失剂,它具有很好的抗温,抗盐及抗钙、抗镁能力,在降失水的同时,还兼具有降粘、防塌作用。它与某些大分子聚合物配伍能显著改善钻井液流型。
The synthetic method and the proper radical ratio and molecular weight range of JSY-501 are introduced. The performance tests in laboratory shewed that it has very good heat resistance,salt tolerance,calcium and magnesiumion tolerance, when used as a filtration reducer,it can prevent collapse and reduce the viscocity of drilling fluid. JST-501 can improve rhological properties of drilling fluid obviously when combined with some high polymers.
