摘要
目的探讨阴道镜检查的临床价值.方法对2003年2～7月该院2 657例宫颈病变患者的阴道镜检查结果进行分析.结果阴道镜检查2 657例,经病理确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)的患者18例,宫颈原位癌(CIS)6例,宫颈浸润癌16例,宫颈慢性炎症146例,亚临床人乳头状病毒感染(SPI)13例,宫颈子宫内膜异位症2例.结论阴道镜检查对早期发现宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变、亚临床乳头状病毒感染(SPI)及有无同时合并癌前病变有重要价值.
Objective: Research on the clinical diagnostic value of colposcopy. Methods: To analyse and summarize 2657 cases of cervical disease with the help of colposcopy in this hospital from Jan. 2003 to Jul. 2003. Results: Of all 2657 cases, 201 biopsy cases were taken, and through pathological diagnosis we found 18 cases cervical intraepithelial enoplasia (CIN), 6 cases carcinoma-in-situ (CIS), 16 cases invasive carcinoma, 146 cases chronic cervicitis, 13 cases subclinical papillomavirus infection by acetowhite epithelium (SPI), 2 cases cervical endometriosis. Conclusions: Colposcopy have a important diagnostic value in finding early stage carcinoma of cervices, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, early stage of cervical condylonma, and in judging if there is a kind of CIN simultaneously.
