摘要
目的探讨关节镜在膝关节粘连松解手术中的应用价值。方法关节镜直视下行膝关节粘连松解8例。结果随访6.0～23.5个月,平均11.4个月,膝关节的活动度较术前平均增加72°,无术中术后并发症。结论关节镜下手术行膝关节粘连松解具有创伤小、恢复快和疗效好等优点。
Objective: To study the value of arthroscope in the knee adhesion lysis. Methods: Perform knee adhesion lysis to treat 8 patients with arthroscope. Resuls: With in a follow-up period ranging from 6.0 to 23.5 months, significant improvement of motion range was obtained among all patients. The ROM of knee increased 72° on average after operation. Conclusion: Knee adhesion lysis with arthroscope is a minimal invasive operation with soon recovery and good effect.
