摘要
目的 通过测量动物死后不同时间段三个部位的温度 ,探讨尸温与死亡时间的关系。方法 家兔被处死后 0h、1 /2h、1h、2h、3h、4h、6h、8h、1 0h、1 2h、1 4h、1 6h和 2 4h测其肛温、月温和耳温。结果 尸体温度在最初的 4小时内下降的快 ,以后缓慢下降直至与环境温度相等。肛温与死亡时间的回归方程 :0~ 4h为Y =36 5 8- 2 88X ,4~ 2 4h为Y =2 2 81 - 0 2 9X :肝温与死亡时间的回归方程 :0~ 4h为Y =35 37- 3 1 2X ,4~ 2 4h为Y =2 1 5 9- 0 2 5X :耳温与死亡时间的回归方程 :0~ 4h为Y =31 34-3 2 5X ,4~ 2 4h为Y =1 9 2 3- 0 1 6X。对以上方程进行失拟检验 ,肛温 ( 0~ 4h)和肝温 ( 4~ 2 4h)与死亡时间的回归方程拟和较好。结论 推断死亡时间在 4h内测尸体的肛温较为准确 ;4h~ 2 4h之间测尸体的肝温较可靠。
Objective To explore the relationship between the corpse temperature and the postmortem interval by measuring the temperatures of the corpse in different intervals.Methods Develop the animal model and measure the temperature of liver,rectal,and ear after rabbits were dead at 0h,1/2 h,1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h,6 h,8 h,10 h,12 h,14 h,16 h and 24h.Results In the first 4 hours the temperature of the body decreases greatly and then it drops gradually and slowly.The regression formulae of rectal temperature:Y=36.58-2.88X(0~4 h),Y=22.81-0.29X(4~24 h).The regression formulae of liver temperature:Y=35.37-3.12X(0~4 h),Y=21.59-0.25X(4~24 h).The regression formulae of ear temperature:Y=31.34-3.25X(0~4 h),Y=19.23-0.16X(4~24 h).By analysis,in the first 4 hours the regression beeline of rectal temperature is preferable and between 4 and 24 hours,the regression beeline of liver temperature is preferable.Conclusion To decide the postmortem interval,the measurement of rectal temperature is more precise than others within 4 hours and the measurement of liver temperature is more reliable between 4 and 24 hours.
