减少心脏术后心包及纵隔引流液的研究

The study of reduce shed pericardiac and mediastinal blood after cardiac operation

目的 探讨如何减少心脏手术后心包及纵隔引流液。方法 以 2 0 0 0年 40例患者为对照 ,2 0 0 3年 43例患者为实验对象。结果 术后心包、纵隔引流液由 2 0 0 0年的平均 431ml减少到 2 0 0 3年的平均 2 0 5ml。结论 采用综合止血方法可减少心脏术后引流液 ,从而减少异体输血及输血后肝炎等并发症。

Objective To explore the method of reduce the shed pericadiac and mediastinal after cardiac operation.Methods 40 patients in 2000,as a control group;43 patients in 2003,as a test group.Results The average shed pericardiac and mediastinal blood after cardiac operation in 2000 were 431 ml,it reduced to 205 ml in 2003.Conclusion Muti-method of hemostasia are reduced the shed after cardiac operation,thereby reduce the transfusion and the hepatitis after transfuse.
