在知识经济飞速发展的今天,高等教育正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,如何实施教师继续教育、提高教师质量已引起各界的极大关注。本文将从人力资源角度出发,阐述教师继续教育管理的硬功能和软功能,并对教师继续教育管理的运作提出一些系统和创新的观点。
With the rapid development of knowledge economy, higher education is facing great opportunities and challenges. The problems of how to develop the further education and improve the teacher's quality have drawn big attention. Here in this essay the function of further education management will be elaborated from the point of human resources. Some novel ideas of the further education management are put forward as well.
