摘要
沿塔克拉玛干沙漠边缘绿洲各县和市的居民世代爱养一种被当地人称为叶克亚娃的鸽子。经专家鉴定为原鸽(ColumlaLiviaGmelin)的新疆亚种 (C .L .neglectaHnme) ,命名为新和鸽。这些地区气候干旱 ,生态环境十分恶劣。新和鸽处于半野生放养状态。作者等从 2 0 0 0年连续三年进行了较为全面的调查 ,并测定了新和鸽生理、生化以及血液流变学等相关指标32项。发现新和鸽的红细胞压积 (HCT)较高 (♂ 5 2 6 3%± 5 80 % ,♀ 4 8 92 %± 4 .88% ) ;血糖含量 (♂ 2 0 .0 2± 2 .36mmol/L ,♀19 .2 5± 2 .33mmol/L)比普通肉鸽高 1~ 2倍 ;脂肪含量 (♂ 12 .0 0± 1.80mmol/L ,♀ 11.4 3± 2 .17mmol/L)比肉鸽低 ;全血粘度较高 ,而血浆粘度不高。
There are many wild doves in oases along the border of Taknamagan desert.Experts had recognized those doves which are C.L.neglecta Hnme of Columba Livia Gmelin and named Xinhe doves.This article tested 32 values relating to blood physiology,biochemisty and hemorheology of Xinhe doves.It concluded as follows:Xinhe dove's hematocrit(HCT) was relative high(♂52.63%±15.80%,♀48.92%±4.88%); its blood glucose(♂20.02±2.36mmol/L,♀19.25±2.33mmol/L) was twice to three times as much as that of broiler;fat content (♂12.00±1.80mmol/L,♀11.43±2.17mmol/L) was lower than:that of meat-oriented pigeon;whole blood viscosity was relative high while plasma viscosity was not high.
