摘要
对高炉出铁沟用快速干燥浇注料的组成、性能及显微结构进行了研究,认为采用自洁净材料结合可以改善材料的高温结合性能与抗氧化性能,研制的新型浇注料成型烘烤3小时后即可投入使用,在武钢高炉使用,通铁量接近20万吨,效果显著。
the paper has researched the relation between batch, properties and structure of fast setting tastable used in iron runner for blast furnace, the conclusion involved the gel-bond may improve the antioxidation peoperties and slag resistance; the service life of the castable is 200000 tons iron/per time.
