摘要
目的 :对窒息新生儿心肌损害作出早期诊断。方法 :对 164例新生儿进行血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸磷酸激酶和肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶定量测定。结果 :窒息组新生儿心肌酶测定值较对照组明显增高 ,并与窒息程度成正比 ,窒息组心肌受损率明显高于对照组 ,差异显著。结论 :心肌酶活性检测可作为围产期窒息后心肌损害的早期、灵敏、特异的重要诊断指标 ,临床上有重要实用价值。
Objective To study changes of cardiac muscle enzyme in newborn infants with asphyxia Methods AST, LDH, CPK and CK、MB were assessed in 134 newborn infants with asphyxia and 30 healthy volunteers as controls.Results The AST, LDH, CPK and CK、MB increased in the newborn infants with asphyxia in comparing to the normal group,which was proportional to the severity of asphyxia. Conclusion The changes in cardiac muscle enzyme are early,sensitive and specific indexes for diagnosing asphyxia in perinatal period.
