摘要 在蛋白质组研究中 ,由于蛋白质芯片能够在一次实验中对少量样本中的大量目的蛋白质同时进行检测 ,这一技术已引起人们的很大兴趣。作为蛋白质芯片的一种 ,抗体蛋白质芯片在基础与临床研究中有着很大的潜在价值 ,本文中作者就抗体蛋白芯片的基本原理、技术特点以及其在医学中的应用近况进行综述。 Protein microarrays are of great interest in proteomics research for its simultaneous determination of a large number of parameters from a minute amount of sample within a single experiment. Antibody microarrays, a specific subset of protein microarray, are involved in antibody-antigen interaction,and are potentially promising as a valuable tool in basic research as well as clinical research. This article reviews the principles of this technology and its medical applications as well as some other issues to be addressed.
