A new code encoding method, that is single code channel of coding of absolute encoder, is put forward. It is called simple absolute code. It is a kind of encoding method of single code channel encoding. The figure is simple and the manufacture is easy, which raises its precision. It provides a new idea on the miniature and integration of absolute encoder and magnetic encoder.
