Knowledge, Risk and Social Responsibility of University

在知识社会中 ,大学承担了知识创新、知识传播和知识物化的功能。由于知识本身的不确定性 ,导致知识社会本身也是一个高风险的社会。因此 ,大学在知识社会化过程中应承当政治、社会责任 。

In knowledge society, university has some functions on innovating knowledge spreading knowledge and public service by knowledge. Because knowledge ifself is of uncertainty itself, knowledge society also is risk society. So, in the process of knowledge socialization, university bears political and social responsibility, and decreases risk.
