摘要 在H11钢的基础上 ,通过分析碳化物类型对热作模具钢性能的影响 ,运用Thermo -calc计算软件设计了一种新型热作模具钢 4Cr5Mo3SiVNb。研究结果表明 ,新钢种具有微细的显微组织和较高的强韧性配合 ,并且其回火稳定性及等向性也较好。 Based on H11 Steel and through the study on the effect of carbide type on properties of hot work die steels,a new hot work die steel 4Cr5Mo3SiVNb has been developed by means of the thermo-Calc software.The mewly developed steel has obtained fine microstructure and good combination of strength with toughness,with the resistance to tempering and isotropy being excellent.
