摘要
某些机械零件以及工模具要求不同部位具有不同的硬度。以混凝土楼板挤压机铰刀为例 ,采用优化的隔热涂料涂覆在铰刀要求低硬度的部位后再进行热处理 ,并通过控制其各部位的冷却速度以减少内应力 ,从而在同一铰刀上获得了几种硬度 ,并减小了热处理变形。
Some machinery parts, tools and dies are required to obtain various hardness at their various positions. To take the reamer for concrete floor squeezer as an example, its positions requiring lower hardness are coated with optimized coating and then heat-treated. Furthermore, cooling rete of different positions of the reamer is controlled to reduce internal stress, and as a result, various hardnesses are obtained in a similar reamer,with its distortion resulted from heat treating being reduced.
