固体氧化物燃料电池Ni-SDC金属陶瓷阳极研究

摘要 采用模压成型工艺制备了固体氧化物燃料电池Ni-SDC多孔金属陶瓷阳极,研究了烧结温度对阳极孔隙度的影响,利用SEM对不同温度烧结阳极和不同Ni含量阳极的显微结构进行了分析。研究表明,Ni含量和烧结温度对阳极的微观组织结构有明显的影响,1200℃烧结的阳极基底还原后具有较好的微观结构,孔隙度较大且孔分布均匀,金属Ni颗粒相连形成了网状骨架,SDC颗粒分布在金属Ni颗粒的表面。
