降低马钢三烧固体燃耗的试验研究

摘要 针对马钢三烧的原料条件,对催化助燃剂进行筛选研究,并进行了添加催化助燃剂以强化烧结过程的烧结杯试验。试验表明,在混匀矿配比不变的情况下,使用2号助燃剂可以提高烧结生产率,保持烧结转鼓强度基本不变的情况下,固体燃耗比基准期降低7.0%以上。 On the basis of raw material conditions for sintering at No.3 Sinter Shop of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., the selecting experiments of burning catalytic agents were made and some agents were then used in sinter pot experiments to intensify sinter process. The results showed that No.2 burning catalytic agent can be used to increase sintering productivity in the same sintering mixing compositions. When the tembler strength was kept at constant, the solid fuel consumption decreased by over 7?% compared with that of base period.
