摘要 在大量实验的基础上,研究了JP级钢管磷化工艺的优化问题,研究包括磷化液组成和配制工艺的改进。该磷化液主要由ZnO、HNO3、H3PO4和适量的催化剂组成。用Q235、Q345、J-55、N-80、P-110等钢种进行了实验,并对中温条件下不同钢种的磷化膜进行了性能和参数的测试,研究表明中温磷化工艺的效果优于原有的高温磷化工艺。 On the basis of experiments,the optimization of phosphorization process of JP-grade pipe is researched in the paper. The research included the improvement of phosphide liquor compositions and its preparation process. The phosphide liquor was mainly composed of ZnO, HNO 3,H 3PO 4 and appropriate amount of catalysts. The phosphorization experiments of Q235,Q345,J-55,N-80,P-110 were made and the properties and parameters of phosphide film were measured under medium temperature conditions. The research showed that the medium temperature phosphorization process was better than the former high temperature phosphorization one.
