平底从动件盘形凸轮机构的研究

Research on Cam Mechanisms with Flat Follower

对平底从动件盘形凸轮机构进行研究,在已知机构运动简图的前提下,提出了根据已有凸轮的轮廓参数确定从动件运动规律的分析算法,建立了相应的代数算式;并在此基础上,导出了根据预定的从动件运动规律确定凸轮轮廓参数的代数算式。最后,用实例验证了本文算法的正确性。

Cam mechanisms with flat follower are researched.Under the known simplified diagram of mechanism,an analysis algorithm of determining flat-follower motion is proposed,and the correspending algebraic formulea are established.On the basis of above work,the algebraic formulea,which determine the parameters of cam profile according to the prescribed follower motion, are deduced.An axamle verifies the correctness of the proposed methed.
