摘要
介绍了近年来板材的各种激光成形技术的研究进展,主要介绍了一种极具发展潜力的高效无模成形技术———激光冲击成形技术。激光冲击成形是一种高应变率下的塑性成形技术,它有效克服了板材成形过程中的回弹问题,同时提高了工件的抗疲劳和抗腐蚀性,并且对板材表面质量要求不高,极具推广价值。本文简要概括了激光冲击成形技术的成形机理以及影响激光冲击成形效果的工艺因素。并提出了激光冲击成形技术发展过程中面临的一些困难,同时对激光冲击成形技术的美好未来进行了展望。
Introduces the technology of laser forming especially laser shock forming(LSF).LSF is a rising high-efficiency forming technology, which has great developing potential.With the flourishing development of shell manufacture, the technology of shell manufacture has a new challenge. The technology of LSF is brought forward to settle the problem of shell forming. It doesn't require high quality of the surface, so it has value to popularize. This paper briefly summarizes the forming theory of LSF and the technical factor that has effect on LSF. The paper also shows some difficulties in the development of LSF, and makes a nice prospect for the future of LSF.
