A Research on Adjustment of Machinery Specialty Orientation and Talents Developing Model

多年来专业方向调整与人才培养模式,一直是高等教育改革的核心,是高等教育永远的话题。本文通过对机械专业方向调整与人才培养模式的研究,提出了"面向社会发展需求调整专业发展方向,走高校与企业联合培养模式"的构思,并通过实验对其进行了深入的研究。

Adjustment of specialty orientation and talents developing model have always been the key problems of higher education reform. Through research on adjustment of machinery specialty orientation and talents developing model, this article puts forward the conception that 'Adjusting specialty orientation with regard to the social development and adopting the model of combination of universities and enterprises' and takes further researches through experiments. Therefore, it makes significant explorations for the development of our country's machinery engineering specialty, and provides some experiences as well.
