摘要
在微型固定床反应器与色谱联合装置上,考察了丙酮在HZSM-5及Hβ等沸石催化剂上缩合反应特性,指出了在缩合过程中缩合物的裂解反应对缩合产物选择性有重要影响,异佛尔酮是三缩重要产物之一,佛尔酮转化为异佛尔酮是其途径之一,提出了包括有异佛尔酮生成,缩合物分解及某些不可逆步骤的反应网络。
The characteristics of acetone condensation on zeolite catalysts - HZSM-5 and Hβ has been studied in a combined apparatus of micro - fixed reactor and chromatography instrument. This paper addresses that the unfavored effect of pyrolysis of intermediates from the condensation on selectivity of the catalysts is serious, isophorone is one of main steady trimer from both of condensation and phorone isomerization, and a new complex reaction network including isophorone formation has been proposed.
