磷酸二(2,3-二氯丙基)-2-乙基己酯的合成

SYNTHESIS OF DI(2,3-DICHLOROPROPYL)-2-ETHYLHEXYL PHOSPHATE

研究了一种新型增塑阻燃剂——磷酸二(2,3-二氯丙基)-2-乙基己酯的合成方法,并对催化剂的用量与反应温度的关系及反应时间与产率的关系等进行了研究。实验结果产品总得率可达95％。

A synthetic method of a newtype plasti-cizer flame retardant--di (2, 3-dichloro-propyl)-2-ethylhexyl pohosphate is reported. The relationshisp between the dose of catalyst and temperature of reaction,the time of reaction and the yield of product etc. are studied. The result of experiment shows that the total yield may reach 95%.
