迭合汽油各组分、烷苯聚醇醚各组分与杀精子效力对应关系的研究

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SPERMICIDAL EFFECTIVENESS AND COMPONENTS OF CRUDE GASOLINE AND ALKYLPHENOXYPOLYETHOXYETHANOL

对迭合汽油、烷苯聚醇醚等各组分与杀精子效力的对应关系进行了研究。当n=9～11时以C_9、C_(10)烯烃对应的杀精效力最好,最低有效浓度为0.15～0.25mg/ml。提高产品的杀精效力以提高原料中C_9、C_(10)烯烃含量为有效途径。

The relationship between spermicidal effectiveness and components of crude gasoline and alkylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol was studied. When n = 9-11,the best correspondent spermicidal effectiveness of C9, C10 aalkene is obtained. The minimum effective concentration of killing sperm is 0. 15-0. 25 mg/ml.In order to improve spermicidal effectiveness of alkylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol, C9, C10 alkene contained within crude gasoling would be increased.
