摘要
1份大豆油渣和12份10%~13%的碱溶液(重量比)混合,在50℃提取45min,减压过滤,滤液保存备用。滤渣用10%的次氯酸钠溶液脱色,用热水、乙醇等顺序洗涤,过滤,干燥,粉碎过筛,得到淡米黄色的粉状产物——大豆多糖,得率28.73%。
In this peper,a new extraction method of the polysaccharide from soybean oil residue is reported. The residue is extracted with 10%-13% of NaOH solution. The ratio of residue to alkali solutioh is 1:12(w/w). The mix. is agitated at 50℃ for 45 min. , filtrated in vaccu-um, preserved the filtrates for use; residue from filtration decoloursed with 10% MaCIO solution, washed in order with hotwater amd alcohol etc. , filtrated, dried in 85℃, crushed and sifted. The extraction product is yellowishpowder and yield is 28. 73%.
