摘要
本文报道用酯交换法合成五种甘氨酸高级醇酯的方法,并测定了它们对棒状杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、苏云金杆菌、绿脓杆菌、青霉和曲霉等的抑制和杀灭作用。
The hydrochiorides of five glycine higher fatty alcohol esters were synthesized by the method of exchange ester. The time and temperature and feed ratio of reaction were discussed in this paper. The antibacterial effects of hydrochiorides of five glycine fatty alcohol esters were studied. The results showed that all the five glycine fatty alcohol esters had certain inhibitory effects on the bacteria and fungi. Five percent solutions of them were still effective in inhibition of most kinds of bacteri-a, but less effective on Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa, Escherichia coli and Asperillus. The oc-tanoate, decanoate and iaurate had killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus, but not OR spores of bacteria and fungi.
