伞花麝香和吐呐麝香中间体的协同合成

SYNERGISTIC SYNTHESIS OF BOTH KEY INTERMEDIATES OF MUSKENE AND TONALIDE

本文报道了吐呐麝香和伞花麝香的两个关键中间体的协同合成及提高昂贵的2,3-二甲基-2-丁醇(DMB)的利用。实验结果表明。当(叔丁醇/DMB)>0.4的混和醇与伞花烃反应时生成1,1,3,3,5-五甲基二氢茚(DMI)1,1,3,4,4,6-六甲基四氢萘(HMT),而且主要产物为HMT。同时也表明当叔丁醇转化为异丁烷的比例越大,DMB的利用率也就越高。

This paper reports synergistic synthesis of both key intermidiates of Tonalide and Muskene and preliminary results on the saving of more expensive 2, 3-dimethyl-2-butanol (DMB). The experimental results show that both 1,1,3,3,5-pentamethy lindane (PMI) and 1,1,3,4,4, 6-hexamethyltetralin (HMT ) are formed when the reaction of the mixture of (t-BuOH/DMB) >0. 4 with p-cymene,however, the major product is HMT. It shows that the proportion of reduction of t-BuOH to iso-bu-tane is increased and untilization of the more expensive DMB is improved.
